Every move is different. We quote price ranges rather than fixed fees because your situation – its complexity, timeline, and requirements – is unique to you.

The STRATEGY FEES

(Tax & Legal Foundations)

A Strategy designed to secure your relocation and your financial future.

Bespoke Relocation Roadmap: Preliminary assessment of your relocation plans, including lifestyle requirements, family needs, budget, and long-term goals.

Synchronized Timeline: Coordination of property search, school enrollment, immigration procedures, and relocation logistics.

Coordination with trusted specialist legal and tax partners, where required, for:
  • Cross-Border Planning: Coordination with trusted partners for international tax and asset planning.
  • Tax Optimization: Access to specialist tax reports to evaluate residency options, wealth structures, international assets, and Beckham Law eligibility where applicable.
  • Residency & Immigration Support: Guidance through residency procedures and documentation requirements.
  • Visa Management: End-to-end coordination of visa applications through specialist immigration partners (Digital Nomad, Entrepreneur, Investor, Family Reunification, etc.).
  • NIE / TIE Assistance: Support obtaining appointments, preparing documentation, and coordinating administrative procedures.
  • Relocation Strategy & Roadmap: €1,000. This step includes the option of a meeting with a tax expert, who will  evaluate your situation, and prepare a proposal of next steps.
  • NIE / TIE appointment management: from €150 per procedure
  • Tax, legal and immigration reports: quoted separately through partner firms

 

2. The Search

(Home, Lifestyle & Schooling)

  • Lifestyle & Area Analysis: Guidance on neighborhoods according to family, professional, and lifestyle requirements.
  • Property Search Coordination: Organization of multiple viewings within a condensed schedule, either you rent or purchase a property.
  • Remote Viewings: Remote property viewings and reporting for overseas clients
  • Schooling Services (if required)
    • Education-First Approach: We identify the right school first and build the property search around it.
    • School Advisory: Evaluation of suitable schools and planning daily logistics between home and school.
  • Lifestyle & Property Search: €1,000 (includes the identification of suitable residential areas and the search and presentation of up to three properties
  • If Schooling services are required, we offer a School Advisory Package covering the selection and advisory process for up to three schools for a fixed fee of €1,000.

3. The Legalities

(Legal and Administrative Setup & Real Estate)

Manage and coordinate the essential administrative, legal, registrations and practical requirements, either if you rent or acquire a rental a Real Estate property.

OPTION 1. Rental Agreement Support
  • Review of lease terms and rental conditions
  • Assistance with lease negotiations and landlord communications
  • Guidance on rental procedures and documentation requirements
  • Coordination with legal specialists and other professional advisors where required

OPTION 2. Real Estate Acquisition Coordination and project management of:
  • Due Diligence: Verification of debts, charges, permits, licenses, community issues, and structural compliance.
  • Contract Review: Coordination with specialized lawyers to review reservation agreements, arras contracts, and purchase agreements.
  • Strategic Negotiation: Representation with landlords, agents, developers, and sellers to secure the best terms.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitoring deposits, escrow arrangements, taxes, and acquisition costs.
  • Professional Coordination: Liaison with lawyers, notaries, mortgage brokers, architects, and technical surveyors

We charge at a rate of €150 per hour.

Depending on the scope and complexity of the assignment, we can also provide a fixed-fee package tailored to your specific requirements.
